Washington, D.C. Contemporary Residence

Minimalistic Style

We had the pleasure to meet with our client pre-home purchase.  Our first goal was to assist in the purchase of a new construction contemporary home in the Friendship Heights neighborhood, and one that would accommodate his active life with his three children.  Once the home was selected and purchased, we worked together to provide furnishings top to bottom, in this four-bedroom, 3,500 sq foot home.

For this home our client, a single dad, was very specific about his vision for a livable space for his family.  He wanted simplicity in the design plan, and it was important for the furnishing to be of quality construction, with style and comfort.   Highlights of this project include two green rocking chairs from Roche Bobois, an outdoor furniture set for the interior dining room by Theodore’s Furniture, and an eclectic mix of original artworks.
